Construction
Incubators are designed and fabricated to suit various I.S. & A.S.T.M. standards. Double walled construction. Interior made of Stainless Steel 304 Quality( or as per requirement of customer.)
Exterior made of Galvanized Sheets with Powder Coated Paint Finish.
Shelves
Wire mesh type S. S. shelve.
Insulation
50 mm thick glass-wool insulation, all sides of the Incubator.
Door
Fully insulated door with gasket and heavy cast chromium plated brass hinges, with spring and roller type latch for effective secure seal.
Circulation System
Better uniformity of temperature inside the chamber, forced air circulation system with fan from top side.
Ventilation System
Very efficient and adjustable ventilation system is provided.
Heating System
Specially designed BLACK HEAT heating elements, made from best quality nichrome wire.
They are fitted at bottom side and covered by perforated tray.
The fresh air entering form bottom side is preheated and uniformly disturbed in working chamber.
P.N. Avoid undue heating of material at perforation tray.

Controller : Electronic Digital Display Temperature Controller.
